Mac’s 2 for $22

If you can’t get a tee time at Kananaskis, try a round at Wintergreen. You won’t get spectacular Rocky Mountain vistas from Wintergreen, but you will get lots of elevation change and lots of water hazards. The Mount Lorette course is more wetter than the Mount Kidd course in Kananaskis but Mount Kidd has the par 3 signature hole that challenges the golfer with its almost island green. For Calgary residents, show your Co-op ValuePlus card before July 13, 2008 and save $10 off the green fees.

Want to save some money on Stampede admission? There are a few ways to get in for cheaper. One way is to buy the special package at Mac’s Convenience stores. For $22, you get two adult tickets and two bottles of a Coca-Cola beverage. That is at least a $6 saving because the regular price of admission is $13 each. Another way is to buy 5 chocolate bars then take the 5 wrappers to get $3 off the admission. Your local Zeller’s stores have that offer.

I’m saving up my Stampede’ing for July 11th where Jully Black and Natasha Bedingfield are going to perform on the Coca-Cola stage. If you know the songs ‘Seven Day Fool’ and ‘Pocketful of Sunshine’ then get on down to the Stampede for some of their music.
