Here’s a new way to buy new golf clubs – order a new club online, have it shipped to you (free), demo it on the range or take it out on a game then after 5 days, return it (free). Hopefully after demo’ing 20 to 25 clubs, you can go to your local Golf Galaxy store (in the US) or Golf Town (in Canada) and pick up your club for free. Sounds too good to be real? Read on.

I found myself at GolfClubDemo.com upon surfing on golf sites. It’s an interesting slant to selling golf clubs and I think it may work for golfers like me. First of, I don’t think you can effectively demo a golf club in a store. It doesn’t matter how good you hit it against a net or on their golf simulator. You need to get it out on a course and play a round with it. Nowadays, if you want to do that, you need to find the club at a proshop where you can take it out on a round. Remind you though, you will need to leave your credit card behind as a deposit and get it back when you return the club. With GolfClubDemo.com, you pay a small fee ($9.95 in the US and $29.99 in Canada) upfront to order your club. They have a fantastic selection of the latest and greatest clubs for you to try. They have everything from drivers to fairway woods to hybrids to irons. When you get the demo club, you can test it out any way you want and you get to keep it for 5 days. After that, you can drop it off at a FedEx Kinko depot or send it back yourself. The fee that you paid will go against a new club purchase when you have decided which club is for you.

Each year, there is a dizzy array of new clubs on the market. Even if you take every driver out there and demo it, you will be looking at paying $100 in the US or $300 in Canada after trying out 10 clubs. Out of the 10 clubs, if you decide to buy one of them, you will pay just $300 in the US or $200 in Canada for the new driver. As long as you get credit for the monies paid, everything is good. If you’re in the market for a new club, check this website out and see if it works for you.
